  • Jillwish is an online only company so unfortunately there are no stores you can visit.

  • We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
  • Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
  • Please contact us for modification before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot modify it.

Delivery

  • After you place an order, we will confirm whether the warehouse has the goods or not. If the goods are in stock, we will arrange to ship them within 48 hours. Orwe need to arrange production, please see the details of our production time below.

  • Normally, it takes about 5-7 business days. If you choose expedited shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days. While this time will be longer in our peak seasons or during major holidays. If your order is in urgency, you can contact our serviceto check if your date is available.
  • At Dreamyvow, we offer four shipping methods. (Free/19.99/29.99/39.99), the specific shipping fee is calculated based on your order, it will be affected by the weight of the goods, country and the shipping method.

Size & Product

  • Our product online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.
  • Please kindly refer to our size chart to choose the correct size. If your measurements align with our size chart, l suggest you choose standard size. If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, i recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.
  • Yes. We accept customization according to pictures. Because we need to make patterns, purchase fabrics, cut and make according to the pictures you provide, the production cycle takes 30-35 days. If you need to customize according to pictures, please provide at least 4-5 pictures and contact our customer service.
  • Sorry, we do not accept any modifications to the style.

Order

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option. We kindly ask that you complete the payment through our online payment methods for a smooth and secure transaction.pane content

  • Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
  • Once your order is shipped we will send you another email .
  • Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. 
  • Sorry to confuse you. Since our products are made to order, we need some days to prepare it and another 3-10 days to ship it. Your understanding will be highly appreciated. You can also see the specific tailoring time and shipping time on the product page.Once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email including the tracking number. If you don't receive the confirmation email till the estimated shipping date, please contact us.
  • Please contact us for change/cancel the order before we have marked the shipment. If we have already shipped, we cannot change/cancel it. Please refer to our return and exchange policy for details.
