Item Types & Processing Time

Ready-Made (In-Stock) Items

Most of our dresses are ready-made, meaning they are in stock and ready to be shipped.

  • Processing time: Usually within 1–3 business days
  • Shipping options:
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

If you would like to confirm whether a dress is currently in stock and when it can be shipped, please feel free to contact our customer service team before placing your order.


Made-To-Order Items

Some of our dresses are made to order, meaning production begins only after your order is confirmed.

  • Production time: Approximately 1–4 weeks before shipment
  • Shipping time will begin after production is completed

We strongly recommend ordering made-to-order items 1–2 months before your event date to ensure timely delivery.


Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination, local carriers, customs clearance, and seasonal demand.

  • In-stock dresses generally ship within 2 business days
  • Made-to-order dresses require 1–4 weeks of production before shipping
  • During peak seasons or major holidays, delivery times may be longer
