Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, only for eligible cases listed below.

Eligible Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong style, color, or size)

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to the nature of formal dresses and made-to-order production, the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in cases of verified defects or errors:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order dresses (including standard-size production)
  • Dresses made according to customer-provided measurements
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Flash Sale or promotional items (including Black Friday offers)
  • Accessories, free gifts, or items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use

Please note that minor differences in color, fabric texture, or craftsmanship caused by lighting, screen settings, or handmade production are not considered defects.


2. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If your return or exchange request is approved:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not accept Freight To Collect (FTC) shipments
  • A valid tracking number must be provided

Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please note:
    Even when free or discounted shipping is offered at checkout, we still incur actual shipping costs. Therefore, original shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Customs, Lost & Rejected Packages

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees
  • JillWish is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return shipping
  • If a parcel is lost, destroyed, or returned due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, recipient unavailability, incomplete information, or customs delays), and the product cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued
  • Rejected or refused packages are not eligible for refunds

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return process is completed.


5. Size Disclaimer

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Because most dresses are made to order, size-related issues caused by incorrect measurements or size selection are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may enter preparation or production shortly after placement.

Within 24 hours of order placement

  • No cancellation fee will be charged
  • The item price will be refunded
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

More than 24 hours after order placement

  • A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the item price
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.


7. Policy Updates

JillWish reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
Any changes will be published on this page and apply only to future orders.
